Developing links with Brecknock Museum
Brecknock Museum in Brecon has a new Curator! Mr Nigel Blackamore, formerly of the National Museum of Wales took up the post in late summer 2008. In early October Jeff Spencer of CPAT and volunteer staff member Rod Trevaskus took the opportunity to introduce themselves and CPAT to Nigel while also having a quick look around the museum. The meeting was also an opportunity to ask him for his support with the recording and reporting of ancient artefacts found by members of the public as part of the
Portable Antiquities Scheme. We are very grateful to Nigel for his help.
