CPAT and Powysland Museum in partnership
During the summer Jeff Spencer of CPAT has been working in partnership with Eva Bredsdorff, Curator of Powysland Musem, Welshpool on a very successful project to refresh
the archaeology exhibition in the museum. Pooling our considerable collective talents (!) we have been rearranging the artefacts in the display cases and ensuring all
the items are correctly labelled. Artefacts that were previously in store have been brought out into the light, and new loans, donations and purchases have been added to the
exhibition. Artefacts and information panels in the archaeology exhibition at Powysland Museum tell the story of human life in Montgomeryshire since the end of the last ice age. It is hoped
to continue to enhance the exhibition with further loans over the coming months so return visits are highly recommended.
