Probably early C19. 3 storeys. Ashlared stucco. Symmetrical. 2 sashes with glazing bars. Brick dentilled eaves. Roof, of old slates. Modern shopfront. Included for group value.

The following is from Cadw's Listed Buildings database

In the block between the corner with Berriew Street and New Street.

Built c1830, probably as a commercial building with accommodation above from the outset

Painted brick with slate roof. 3 storeys, 2-window range. Modern shop front to ground floor, and passage entry to right, with continuous modern fascia. 12-pane sash windows to first floor, 6-panes to upper storey, with flat arched heads. Dentilled eaves band.

Included as a simple early C19 building retaining some original character and forming part of a coherent group at the centre of the town.
