Brynyrhenblas

Brynyrhenblas lies in the community of Brynford in the county of Flintshire. It is located at Ordnance Survey national grid reference SJ18207440. The mine is recorded in the CPAT Historic Environment Record as number 18027 and this number should be quoted in all correspondence.

Lead/Silver (1891-1907)

Geology
Carboniferous Limestone.

Workings
Returns for Brynyrhenblas (Burt 1992) have no NGR, but the sett, part of the Brynford Mining Group must have worked the area to the north of the Chert Quarry. The area remains littered with old workings.
